Millais has been awarded National Healthy School Status having successfully met the required criteria under the following headings.

  • Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education, including SRE and drugs education.
  • Healthy Eating
  • Physical Activity
  • Emotional Health and Well Being, including bullying
 Physical Excercise

A Healthy School Working Party has been formed with representation from staff, parents, students and governors. This Working Party meets regularly and further develops health issues within the school. Any parents interested in becoming involved should contact Mr M Sutton, Deputy Headteacher.
