Millais PTA Fund Raising
Raising funds and promoting links between:
-
The School
-
The Staff
-
The Parents
-
The Pupils
-
The Community
Millais PTA exists for two principal reasons. The first is to raise funds to provide equipment for the School that cannot be supplied within the normal School budget; and the second is to foster relations between parents and the School, its staff and pupils, and also the local community.
In order to accomplish these goals, we hold social and fund-raising events, and provide refreshments at many other School events.
There are several ways in which you can help. Here are some of them:
-
Joining the 100 Club. Please see separate sheet.
-
Making a donation through Gift Aid. Please see separate sheet.
-
Supporting events run by Millais PTA, both social and fund-raising.
-
Helping at events run by Millais PTA.
-
Making use of contacts to provide prizes for any draws and raffles.
-
Joining the Committee and helping to plan and organise the events!
If you have other suggestions, then let us know.
Parents can also help by sponsoring PTA activities - see letter for more details.
PTA Second Hand Uniform Shop
The PTA would appreciate any donations of second hand uniform as we are trying to set up a second hand uniform shop and desperately need stock. Any uniform can be taken to Mr Nettley’s PA Janet Ambiguo who will pass it on.
